Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between 3kkbd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers for, or uses any service offered through the 3kkbd website located at https://3kkbd.io and any associated mobile-optimised pages or applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

3kkbd reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. All services are offered in English and are targeted at the Bangladesh market.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the 3kkbd Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. 3kkbd does not permit the registration or play of any person under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting as an agent on behalf of a third party when registering an account or placing bets.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, including any active self-exclusion you have requested through 3kkbd's own responsible gaming tools.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 3kkbd or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

3kkbd reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed without prior notice.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 3kkbd Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held within them.

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

• Account credentials, including your username and password, are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must notify 3kkbd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 3kkbd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another person under any circumstances.

3kkbd reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the eligibility requirements in Section 2 have not been met or where registration appears to be part of a fraudulent scheme.

Identity Verification (KYC)

3kkbd operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its commitment to player safety and financial integrity. No withdrawal will be processed until the KYC verification process has been completed to 3kkbd's satisfaction.

To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document, such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence.

• Deposits are credited to your 3kkbd account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 3kkbd is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes of KYC approval on average, subject to standard security checks. 3kkbd reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 3kkbd does not charge transaction fees on bKash, Nagad, or Rocket transfers. Fees charged by your payment provider are outside 3kkbd's control.
• Any deposit made in error cannot be reversed once funds have been credited to your account balance. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

3kkbd reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of this Agreement. In such cases, 3kkbd may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 3kkbd sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market, as published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable market rules. The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn after confirmation, except where 3kkbd expressly offers a cash-out feature for the relevant market.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes are as displayed for each market and may be adjusted by 3kkbd at its sole discretion at any time, including after a bet is offered but before it is confirmed.
• 3kkbd reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error. Players will be notified of any voided bets, and stakes will be refunded in full.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, 3kkbd's settlement decision shall be final, subject to the formal complaints procedure described in Section 15.
• Collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit pricing errors or manipulate outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to a short delay between the real-world event and the odds update on the Platform. Bets placed on stale in-play odds may be voided at 3kkbd's discretion.

Cricket markets — including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers ODI and T20 internationals, IPL, and ICC tournaments — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published under the Cricket section of the Platform.

Casino Games

The 3kkbd casino library includes slots, live casino tables, crash games, and instant games provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface before play commences.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Wagering requirements must be met before any portion of a bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable cash.

Responsible Gaming

3kkbd is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a suite of tools to help players manage their activity. These tools are available directly from your account settings and can be activated without contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your 3kkbd account. Limits take effect immediately when decreased and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the total amount you may lose over a defined period. Once reached, further betting is suspended until the limit period resets.

• Attempting to launder funds through deposits, bets, and withdrawals, including structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 3kkbd staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account or account credentials to any third party.
• Placing bets using a payment method that does not belong to you or using stolen payment credentials.
• Charging back or disputing a deposit transaction with your payment provider after the funds have been used for betting, without first raising the matter with 3kkbd support.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 3kkbd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of 3kkbd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 3kkbd.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.
• Use the 3kkbd name, logo, or brand assets in any manner that could imply endorsement or affiliation without prior written permission.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or service without 3kkbd's prior written consent.

Game content, including graphical assets, sound effects, and game logic, remains the intellectual property of the respective third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is used by 3kkbd under licence.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3kkbd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services offered therein.

Without limiting the foregoing, 3kkbd expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your own voluntary betting or gaming activity on the Platform.

• Inaccuracies in live data feeds or odds data supplied by third-party providers, where 3kkbd has taken reasonable care in selecting and monitoring such providers.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits 3kkbd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to This Agreement

3kkbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 3kkbd will publish the updated Agreement on this page with a revised effective date and will, where reasonably practicable, provide notice to registered users via the email address or in-app notification associated with their account.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 3kkbd operates with a commitment to fair and transparent dispute resolution.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, account decisions, or payment transactions, the following process applies:
